The well known Downward Facing Dog




Lucas was doing Downward Facing Dog for the longest time and now has graduated to the push up position. I'm sure there is a proper Yoga name for that pose but you get the jest of it.


Please excuse the floor, I gave the maid the day off. Instead she did laundry, the bathrooms, ohh and finished the 2nd book in a series that is part of my, I mean her, Bible Study Book Review :)
