Joe's #1

Joe is #1 on the sergeant's list. What this means for us is when a sergeant position opens up he will be called to interview if it is a "special assignment"; in the evidence division, DUI division etc. or he will be offered to promote if it is just your typical sergeant overseeing 7-8 troopers. There is an opening in Tacoma that we are praying he will be offered. He makes mileage to Tacoma and would not need to move!! By moving Joe would live with someone we know (in Yakima, Grey's Harbor, Marysville etc. or wherever the position is) or at a fire station until he was transferred back to somewhere where he made mileage (King or Pierce county). Never a dull moment around here :)
