Yesterday the inspection happened. I wanted to clean every nook and cranny before they went over everything with a fine tooth comb. We were told we would know sometime this weekend what the results were. Today our real estate agent called and told us they are signing off on the inspection with not a darn thing that we need to do!! WOO HOO!! Apparently that rarely happens.
For the last house we moved from we agreed to change out the bathroom fan, plant grass where a shed was and other tiddley wink stuff-- and that house was only 5 years old without the wear and tear of kids. What a blessing! When we put this house up for sale we both felt strongly about having new homeowners who would love this house as much as we do, and it looks like we found them. One step closer to selling a house, a very unique house at that, in the worst housing market ever. God is definitely orchestrating this.
