Joe and his dad along with the real estate agent, Geri and her husband Joe went out to the house to take a gander. They were able to turn on the water ever so briefly because as suspected a pipe had burst in the downstairs bathroom and water running in the drywall is probably not a good idea. Joe brought a mason jar to get a water sample and today we did a home test. It passed in all the categories and afterwards we took a drink. It was just OK, I later found out it came from a hose and to me hose water tastes different, so does water from the bathroom faucet- YUCK! There was power to the furnance, the blower works but we aren't too sure if it will heat. We have a call into an inspector and this week we hope to have the inspection complete.
