Appraisal Done now waiting

The appraisal was apparently done Friday, now word yet. Joe, Geri (real estate agent) and I put a little bit of elbow grease into it Wednesday to help put the house's best foot forward before the appraisal. Someone asked why clean a house that is not yours yet, well so hopefully it will become ours. The inspector noted some mold in the basement, no need to worry just on some cement, and suggested we get that taken care of before the appraisal. We did that and more. We mopped, got cobwebs down, cleaned counters and vacuumed. Lysol wipes were our friends, as were masks and rubber gloves. Just to be optimistic I measured the appliances before we left, no way am I scrubbing the INSIDE of that fridge down, I'd rather live out of a camping cooler.
