Foo Man Who??

Some of you may not know this but State Patrol officers are not allowed to have facial hair. Often during vacation stretches troops grow facial hair. Joe grew out for three weeks and then had fun cutting it off and documenting it in the process. It did age him by about a decade and I personally do not like facial hair besides that we were attending a wedding, Joe decided it needed to go... but not without some fun first.
