Russell and Separation Issues

Lately, whenever Joe or I leave Russell gets very upset. It has started to branch out to when our guests leave also. The other night after tucking him in he yelled, "You no work. You no work." I told him I was going to work tomorrow but Daddy would be home. "NOOOOOOoooo. You no work. You put head on my pillow, mom." He says the same sort of thing to Joe, that kid better start buying some mega millions lotto tickets if he wants us to both be home.
