The other day I asked Elise, "How old are you?"
She usually responds with, "I'm not one." I think she says this because before or right after someone asks how old she is the natural next question is how old is Russell and the answer to that is one. She knows she is NOT one.
This time she had a different reply.
"Sixteen."
After I smirked, I was driving and she could not see my face I said, "Oh, sixteen."
Elise then said, "Yes, I'm older."
Oh... she's older all right!!
