Frozen Solid

About two weeks ago it was frozen for days on end.  Never really going above 30 degrees and as a result the pond froze.  I walked out to the duck decoys and thought about leaving a bucket out there as proof that I did it as no one was there to witness it :)  You'll just have to take my word for it.  Russell went out there, no coaxing needed.

Joe and I talked about ice skating on the pond but I don't see our kids really being the ice skating type, unless you're talking ice hockey, so why not just wear tennis shoes and play broom hockey.  Good ol' fashioned Nikes, a broom, a hockey puck and the Zimlets would make for some memorable times!
