Joe has been in Colville for nearly 2 months and is eager to spend November with us on paternity leave. I will return to work on Tuesday and will not be working the floor but will be assigned special projects likely chart audits, boring. I did let my boss know I could help with procedures or taking patients on transports just not be assigned a set patient load. I got mastitis with either E or R when I returned to work and it was miserable to say the least. My manager was once a midwife and is incredibly supportive of my decision to make sure I am able to keep feeding baby Lucas.
Joe will return to work 11/29.
