Oh it belongs to mommy's pedal for her sewing machine. How did this happen you ask? Joe was spoon feeding Lucas oatmeal a mere 5 feet from Russell and a pair of scissors. Oh well, at least this is a replaceable part, better than say for example a lamp or mixer. Estimated cost to fix $30.
