Zoo Day

We went to the zoo Mon 4-4, yes it was raining but we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Would have been nice to know it closed at 4PM when we came at ~1:30PM because we told the kids we would go on the carosel but it was closed... we got there at 4:07 and in fact the entire zoo closed at 4. That's okay we were wet and ready to go home anyways.

We heard the tiger cubs "meow," watched the monkeys swing and of course got up close with the sharks.


Lucas liked the zoo!!


Don't know what caught little blonde's eye but this sure is a great family pic!!

No that is what I call a s-t-r-e-t-c-h!!


Look closely the 2 tiger cubs (1 yr old in May) are up close and personal with Russell!



A must at the zoo is feed the goats. Russ gets some help so the goats won't get his fingers. (They used their long tongues anyways).
